Your Name (Short Review)

So I finally saw your name which was amazing. I decided a couple of days ago to watch it because I’ve been hearing people say really good things about this movie. And I have been getting into Anime movies and TV shows lately. And this was on my list. Now I do have other anime movies on my list. And I will be doing short reviews on those also.

So here’s a couple of things that I loved about this movie. But before I continue talking about this movie I’m gonna talk about some stuff when it came out. So your name came out in 2017 in the US. And it’s the third highest-grossing anime film of all time right now. And I did not know about that when I watch this movie.

So in this movie, it’s kind of like Freaky Friday, It’s like body swap. And I think that’s all you need to know when you go into this movie. I’m gonna give too much away because I want people to see this.

Another thing that I really loved about this movie is the music. The music was really good with this movie. I'm going to give a fair warning and say that you will go up and down in emotions you’ll feel happy, sad, happy again, and then probably pissed off and angry. It’s a roller coaster of emotions but it’s a really good movie.

I’m also gonna say this the way this movie look is so beautiful that’s the first thing I recognize when I was watching this movie. This movie is also pretty.

And I have been on the rotten tomato kick and what I mean by that is most of the time I disagreed with rotten tomato reviews. And sometimes I agree with them it depends on the movie. But with this movie the rotten tomato meter is at 98% in the audience score is 94%. I actually agree with that.

So I want to start doing short reviews this is a short review because usually, my reviews are so long it’ll take you about 30 to 40 minutes to reading them. So I’m gonna continue doing short reviews on some of these movies.
